This application (“App”) is provided by the developer. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles user data.
The App is listed on the Apple App Store with an age rating of 4+. Parents and guardians should supervise younger users, especially around advertising and consent prompts.
The developer does not operate a backend that collects, stores, or shares personally identifiable information (such as name or email) through the App itself.
Local game data. Level progress, star results, preferences (for example theme, sound, or similar settings) may be saved on your device using platform storage. This data is used to run the App and is not uploaded to the developer’s servers by the App.
The App uses third-party services that may collect information according to their own policies.

Third-party advertising technologies may use identifiers, cookies, or similar mechanisms as permitted on the platform. On supported iOS versions, App Tracking Transparency may ask whether you allow tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. Your choice can affect personalized ads; the App may still show non-personalized or limited ads where allowed.
We do not sell your personal data. Information may be processed by Google AdMob and its partners under Google’s policies and your device or in-app privacy choices (for example Google’s User Messaging Platform where shown).
Where required by law, you may be asked for consent regarding personalized advertising or related options through the consent flow shown in the App.
Advertising-related processing is handled by Google’s infrastructure and platform security. Local game data on your device is subject to your device’s own security settings.

The App does not request camera access, photo library access, or microphone access for gameplay. It is a color puzzle game; any platform permissions shown by the system outside the App (for example from the operating system or other apps) are not used by Eyesight for uploading images or audio to the developer.
